What This Processing Changes

The service extracts text positioned like tables and writes it into spreadsheet cells. It does not reproduce the PDF as a pixel-perfect worksheet.

How to Check the Result

  1. Verify both labels and numeric cells, not just that an XLSX downloaded.
  2. Check row grouping before using extracted values in calculations.

Limits and Troubleshooting

  • Scanned PDFs without a usable text layer may return incomplete results.
  • Merged cells, multi-column layouts, and irregular tables can require manual cleanup in Excel.
